I have just finished reading the above titled book and felt compelled to write a blog about it using excerpts from the book itself. Some of you who read this book are Christian believers and believers in the end times and also believe that we are now living in the "end times". Those of you who are skeptics and don't believe "end time" prophecy, I believe if you read this book and similar books and read the bible itself they may make a believer out of you. I myself will not try to do that but I will give you some definite pointers that will might make you consider it as a possibility.
This book is written by Perry Stone who is also on many Christian network television stations bringing the prophetic word to many audiences. He starts out by saying the Great American Dream, has become the great American nightmare. The slippery hands of legislators have reached into the pockets of hardworking citizens to fund more pork than can be found on the nation's pig farms. For years, liberal professors from Ivy League universities have poured their Marxist-Socialist agendas into the young minds of students who today are leading the nation. In 1962, during the Cuban missile crisis, Americans feared a nuclear attack from the evil Communist empire of the Soviet Union. The founder of Communisim, Karl Marx, would be smiling in his grave if he knew how closely we are following his Manifesto of the Communist Party.
The whole world is watching to see what becomes of America. Groups of Americans are forming committees and conferences to strategize how to continue to provide every American with the opportunity to succeed and to prosper in their pursuit of the American Dream. Others, like Igor Panarim, a Russian diplomat and dean at Russia's Foreign Ministry's school for future diplomats, have predicted that we are witnessing "the end of the American Dream". He has predicted that "the United States will break up into six autonomous regions and Alaska will revert to Russian control". He believes that "Russia and China would emerge from the economic turmoil stronger and said the two nations should work together, even to create a new currency to replace the U.S. dollar."
Socialism-defined as a centrally planned economy in which government controls all means of production-begins with a major crisis, including but not limited to and economic crisis. Storms in the financial institutions are often followed by a rise of messianic-type figure the masses believe can solve their problems. However, the problems are always blamed on others, and, eventually, a class warfare begins, identified as a tug-of-war between the wealthy and the middle class. Soon an image is etched in the minds of the populace-rich brokers, bankers, and business class members have abused the common people, and it is time to take from them and redistribute the wealth.
Many of the "isms" of history-including Socialism-were formed by leaders who knew how to exploit the lower- income -class masses and turn them against the rich, demanding a redistribution of the money supply. This was often done when the national workers(an unions)were facing an economic crisis or meltdown. A four -phrase plan enabled them to accomplish this goal.
The phases are as follows:
*Phase 1: Teach the lower-income masses that the government is corrupt and that you will change it.
*Phase2:Plant the seed in their minds that the rich(Wall Street, bankers)are the bad guys.
*Phase 3: Promise to redistribute the wealth of a few to those less fortunate.
*Phase 4: Raise up youth to support you and to take your plan before the people continually.
Several well known leaders have used this four-phase plan very effectively and were able to take charge of their nations and turn things around....for the worse! They are:
*Lenin-who produced Communism
* Hitler-who produced Nazism
* Mussolini-who became the dictator of Italy
* Castro-Who became the dictator of Cuba
My battery on my PC is running out or I would continue this fascinating information, however, I will continue with these excerpts tomorrow we will talk about what is happening today in the Middle East and how it applies to biblical prophecy.
